Duivelse Guitar Hero 3 valt niet in smaak bij schrijver

Charlie Daniels, schrijver en muzikant, is niet echt blij met deze duivel. Het gaat om zijn nummer "The Devil went down to Georgia". In dit nummer neemt een plattelands jongen het op tegen de duivel in een muzikaal spel, en overwint de jongen altijd.

"That is not the case with the Guitar Hero version which comes complete with a horned, guitar-playing devil who battles the player and very often wins."

Daniels is dus niet blij dat in Guitar Hero 3, de duivel het van de speler kan winnen. Ook denkt Daniels dat het schadelijk is voor jonge gamertjes.

"This game looks innocent enough but if you have a child who is playing it, take the time to sit with him or her while they're playing along and take a serious look at the images on the screen. You may be surprised at the world they're being exposed to."
