De Canadese spellenfabrikant Bioware Corp. heeft op het Billboard 2004 Digital Entertainment Awards Gala de prestigieuze prijs gewonnen van Game Developer of the Year. Bioware heeft deze prijs onder andere gewonnen door het spel Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic en door de expansion packs voor Neverwinter Nights.
