Wii ondersteunt MP3

De Wii zal ook MP3 kunnen afspelen. Dit heeft Kawamoto (een van de Wii verantwoordelijken) bevestigd in een gesprek met Iwata. Op dit moment is de MP3 playback wel enkel nog bevestigd voor het Photo Channel:

Of we tijdens het gamen en bij het gebruik van de andere Channels ook MP3 kunnen luisteren is nog niet bekend.
