Tropico 5 komt ook uit op PS4

Bij de aankondiging van Tropico 5 werd gezegd dat hij voor Windows, Linux, OSX en Xbox 360 uitkomt, en nu laat hij ook zijn gezicht zien bij de next-gen consoles. Tropico 5, het spel waar je als El Presidente regeert, komt ook uit voor PlayStation 4. 

''We are delighted to be able to work with Sony to bring Tropico 5 to PlayStation 4 and enter the next generation market. The PlayStation 4 version of Tropico 5 will expand the Tropico brand to the new generation hardware and to a new generation of gamers.'' Aldus managing director Andrew Johnson.

Ook zei managing director Andrew Johnson dat hij nieuwe en spannende ontwikkelings mogelijkheiden heeft gekregen door Tropico 5 naar de PlayStation 4 te brengen. ''By taking full advantage of the PlayStation 4’s processing power the island of Tropico and El Presidente have never looked better.''

Het is niet bekend of Tropico 5 ook naar Xbox One komt. Tropico 5 komt uit in 2014.
