"Greatness Awaits" is de nieuwe PS4-slogan

Gameswebsite Siliconera heeft documenten gevonden die de nieuwste marketingcampagne van Sony vrijgeven. Deze campagne schijnt de woorden "Greatness Awaits" te gebruiken voordat ze het PlayStation-logo laten zien, wat kan duiden op een nieuwe slogan voor PlayStation 4.

Het script van de commercial zegt het volgende:

“Who are you not to be great? You, with the imagination of a brilliant child and the powers of an ancient god.

“Who are you to be ordinary? You, who could get away with murder, or raise the dead…” As the guy says this the buildings start to look damaged.

“Who are you to be anonymous? You, whose name should be spoken in reverent tones or in terrified whispers.

“Who are you to be afraid? You, who can serve as judge and jury while hoarding infinite lives.

“Who are you to be a slave to the past? You who can travel time like the oceans and rewrite history with a single word.

“Who are you to deny greatness? If you would deny it to yourself, you deny it to the entire world.”

“Greatness awaits.

“PlayStation.”

In de documenten staat dat de tekst "Greatness Awaits" op het scherm afgebeeld staat. Of dit slechts een gerucht is, of dat de campagne echt gelekt is, zal de tijd leren. Tot die tijd blijven we benieuwd wat het antwoord van Microsoft op PlayStation 4 is.
