Zoals misschien wel bekend gaat het komende deel in de populaire Guitar Hero-serie zich helemaal richten op Aerosmith. Je zult echter ook nummers van andere bands kunnen spelen, allemaal bands die een connectie hebben met Aerosmith.

Nu de volledige tracklist beschikbaar is blijkt dit ook maar weer, van de in totaal 41 nummers zijn er twaalf niet van de bekende rockers.
