In Leiden staat dit pareltje voor nog geen half miljoen te koop. Op zich een mooie locatie en genoeg ruimte, maar voor de rest is het letterlijk een grote schroothoop. En toch heeft het iets knus waardoor ik het best zou willen kopen. Kijken jullie even mee?
