Pre-orders Xbox One & PS4 uitverkocht bij Amazon US

Amazon US heeft op Facebook laten weten dat alle pre-orders voor de Xbox One en de PlayStation 4 zijn uitverkocht. Beide consoles zijn nog steeds beschikbaar, echter kan Amazon niet garanderen dat deze op de releasedatum leverbaar zijn.

“After a crazy and exciting month, we’ve sold through our initial allocations of PS4 and Xbox One. Thank you to all who have ordered and shared your opinions. We have the Standard Editions for both consoles still available, but we can’t guarantee these at release. Please check back here as we’ll update you first if we receive further release day allocations.”

Onlangs werd bekend dat de PS4 pre-orders ook bij GameStop US zijn uitverkocht. Best Buy, een grote elektronica-retailer in de VS, heeft ook geen Xbox One pre-orders meer beschikbaar.

In Nederland zijn pre-orders voor beide consoles nog wel gewoon beschikbaar bij verscheidene winkelketens. De Xbox One kost 499 euro en komt uit op 21 november. De PlayStation 4 gaat 399 euro kosten, de releasedatum is nog niet officieel bekend gemaakt maar wordt verwacht op eind 2013.
