Sanctum 2 in 2013 ook naar consoles

Sanctum 2, de opvolger van de tower defense-fpscombinatie van Coffee Stain Studio, is aangekondigd voor 2013. De grootste verrassing bij de aankondiging was dat het spel niet alleen op pc verschijnt, zoals het eerste deel, maar ook uit gaat komen op Xbox 360 en PlayStation 3.

"Sanctum has been a huge success on Steam for Coffee Stain Studios, and bringing the next version to console players as well as the PC market is a great next step to share this unique experience," zegt Ted Lange, executive producer bij Reverb Publishing. "We all have logged quite a few hours with Sanctum and can definitively say that what Coffee Stain has in store for Sanctum 2 will blow the minds of Sanctum fans and new gamers alike."
