Elk jaar na de E3 beurs wordt er door de Game Critics een set awards uitgedeeld omtrent de jaarlijkse beurs. De Game Critics Awards worden genomineerd en uitgekozen door 31 Noord Amerikaanse media uitgevers waaronder; 1up.com, Gametrailers, Kotaku, Wired, Gamespy, Spike TV en Yahoo! Video Games.
