Zelda gaat definitief gebruik maken van de Revolution?
Zoals enkele dagen geleden bekend werd, blijft het Britse NGC Magazine bij hun standpunt dat The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess een game voor de Revolution wordt. Tot nu toe werd dit door Nintendo zelf altijd stug ontkend, maar daar blijkt dan eindelijk verandering in te zijn gekomen.Tijdens een interview met Jeux-France beaamde Mathieu Minel, een directeur van marketing bij Nintendo Frankrijk, waar door veel mensen op werd gehoopt: de nieuwe Zelda zal gebruik kunnen maken van de Nintendo Revolution. Minel:
"I just know that Nintendo will release either a special edition of Twilight Princess for Nintendo Revolution's controller new functionalities or include these functionalities directly into the original sourcecode, thanks to the compatibility between the two systems. But actually we still don't know which option will be chosen. We don't have any releasedate as well, but we're already working on all the marketing aspects of Twilight Princess so I think the game will be out soon, even if the exact date is yet unknown. It all depends on the compatibility with the Revolution and a lot of others things. You know, this game will be a full set of surprises, especially with a new and violent battle system but I can't tell anymore."Het blijft nog een beetje vaag, maar volgens Minel zal de GameCube versie van Zelda een nieuwe dimensie krijgen door hem op de Revolution te spelen, óf er komt een speciale versie van Zelda voor de Revolution.
