Developer Monolith is bezig met een nieuwe FPS-game voor de PS3 en Xbox 360. De developer van F.E.A.R. en Condemned: Criminal Origins is op zoek naar een nieuwe Lead Software Engineer die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor de ontwikkeling van deze nieuwe game.

_Responsibilities:

Manage, mentor, and lead a group of engineers in the development of new game-play systems for a high-profile AAA 1st-person action game on the XBox 360 and PS3.
Work closely with Monolith's Core Technology Team to leverage Monolith's newest tools and technologies.
Work closely with the Producer, Lead Game Designer, Lead Level Designer, Lead Artist, and Game Engineers to develop and maintain the technical design and engineering schedule.
Interface with 3rd-party development partners (e.g., Sony and Microsoft)
