Wekelijkse verkoopcijfers Japan week 27 - Splatoon en PlayStation 4
Elke week komt het Japanse Media Create met de verkoopcijfers van games en consoles in Japan. Het is altijd interessant om te zien welke games het goed doen, hoe de consoles ervoor staan en hoe dit fluctueert per seizoen. Hieronder de gegevens van week 276 in 2016 (4 juli tot en met 10 juli).
Sommige games hebben een erg lange adem. Dat bewijst Splatoon opnieuw. Dankzij een nieuwe bundel kent de game een stijging van maar liefst 211 procent. Sowieso is de game sinds zijn lancering al niet uit de top 20 in Japan weg te denken en het lijkt erop dat de situatie nog wel even zal aanhouden.
Ook heeft PlayStation 4 een mijlpaal bereikt. In het Land van de Rijzende Zon zijn er sinds de lancering in februari 2014 meer dan drie miljoen PlayStation 4-consoles verkocht. Dat er nog maar drie miljoen bij mogen komen.
