Kabam koopt Fearless Studios

Kabam, een ontwikkelaar van hardcore social games, heeft Fearless Studios gekocht. Met deze zet heeft Kabam meer ontwikkelruimte en staat het sterker tegenover social games-grootmacht Zynga.

Deze deal levert Kabam zes nieuwe werknemers op, naast de 450 man die al in dienst zijn. Fearless Studios wordt geleid door prijzenwinnende schrijver en spelregisseur Haden Blackman (Star Wars: The Force Unleashed) en technologieexpert Cedrick Collomb. Beide hebben ze gewerkt bij LucasArts, wat ze enorm waardevol maakt voor Kabam.
