Acteur Mario Maranzana (82) overleden
De Italiaanse theater, film en stemacteur Mario Maranzana is afgelopen woensdag in zijn woonplaats Rome overleden. Maranzana was 82 jaar oud. Het treurige nieuws werd door zijn familie bekend gemaakt.
Maranzana werd geboren in Triëst op 14 juli 1930. De acteur begon zijn carrière in het theater en werd daarna vooral bekend als inspecteur Lucas in de tv-serie Investigations of Inspector Maigret. Tussen 1965 en 1976 was Maranzana regelmatig in spaghettiwesterns te zien zoals Epitaph for a Fast Gun (1965), Two Faces of the Dollar (1967) en Apache Woman (1976). De acteur was in 2009 voor het laatst op het witte doek te zien in 2009 in L'uomo nero (The Cézanne Affair).
