Om iets specifieker in te gaan op de inhoud van de deal; L.A. Rush zal bijvoorbeeld MTV logo's bevatten in het spel. Tevens zorgt MTV voor de marketing van het spel en de soundtrack die 75 nummers zal bevatten van 20 verschillende artiesten, waaronder Twista, Lil' Kim, Big Boi en DJ Rap.
