Een level editor voor Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow is door de ontwikkelaars aangekondigd. Deze zal gebaseerd zijn op de Unreal editor. Alle levels die het spel al heeft kunnen in deze editor ingeladen en naar hartelust aangepast worden.
